My mother and I are urgently seeking a 2-bedroom flat ideally near North Greenwich or nearby areas, as I work full-time in North Greenwich.
A bit about us:

I have a stable full-time job with a combined household income of around £49,000 per year.

My mother is on DSS due to health reasons and is currently unable to work.

We are currently renting a 2-bedroom property for £1,500/month but need to move due to ongoing issues with damp, mould, and an unresponsive landlord. Our letting agency will be de-instructing the landlord within the next 3 months, so we are looking to secure a new home as soon as possible.
We understand many listings mention no DSS, but would landlords consider our mixed-income situation? We are responsible tenants, pay rent reliably, and take good care of our home. We are happy to provide references, proof of income, and any other information needed.
Our maximum budget is £1,700 per month.
