Hi everyone, I made a mistakes while putting down my holding deposit, I put the wrong email down for my secondary tenant so he can’t see the referencing form (I accidentally wrote down is guarantors email cos they have the same last name and similar first names) is there any way I can fix this or do I need to contact open rent directly?
You need to ask the Landlord to log in to their portal, delete the one you have incorrectly completed, and invite you to submit a new tenant details.
