Anyone experiencing that I have mistakenly submitted my only application for reference I have to add more 4 adults any suggestion how to do as I spoken with landlord and openrent support
Landlord suggested ask reopen file and open-rent suggested that ask landlord to order references
Referencing is paid by the Landlord ‘per person’.
If this tenancy is to be a joint tenancy in more than one name, then the Landlord would need to log into their openrent platform, view your application, and then invite you to add further tenants, and once you have done so they can decide if to order referencing.
