Openrent only referenced the lead tenant for a tenant who are a couple that rely on their combined income to pass the referencing. How do I reference the second person for a tenancy in referencing process, since Oprent is not responding to me email?

On the Rent Now application you can add multiple tenants onto the prospective tenancy and pay for additional referencing. Presume that you have agreed a holding deposit becuase these tenants seem suitable in all other respects? Referencing services from OR cost you so dont waste you time or money until 99% sure they are the couple you want in your property, otherwise keep looking. Good luck

Unclear what happened - did you tell OR to reference both as a couple? If not they havent done anything wrong. You may need to get a new reference report covering both done.
You have to wait at least 24h for OR to reply to emails.
