Hi,
I have two lovely new tenants ready to take over my property. One of the two failed the referencing ( for reasons that I understand) and is happy to add his parents as guarantors. He first added one parent who failed due to having a low salary. The parent is a home owner and OPENRENT states that this is taken into consideration, yet the parent failed. The new tenant can add a second parent as guarantor, so combined they both cover the rent comfortably. However, since the first reference failed, can I add again? I’ve not been down this road before!
Thanks
Makes no difference if they passed or failed. If you are doing your AST through Openrent you can add one or multiple guarantors.
If I recall it’s quite a straight forward process.
