Assistance with Referencing Process

Hi,

I’m currently completing the referencing for one of the properties and have encountered an issue. My daughters are disabled and do not have their own bank accounts — their benefits are paid into my account.

Could you please advise on how I can proceed with the referencing process without providing my daughters’ bank details?

That’s a question you should be asking the Landlord. You should also offer to provide 6 months of bank statements to them so that they can see a record of payments.

Are you their guarantor?
