Hi,
I do my own tenant referencing and am wanting a reference from a potential tenant’s employer to ensure they have a permanent job. The employer is asking for a signed authorisation form, in line with new legislation. I assume I will start being asked to provide this in order to get landlord references also.
Does anyone have a template form they’d be willing to share? Or is this something openrent can provide?
