hi guys my referee can only provide a standard format of their own and OpenRent didn’t accept it what i’m i going to do please i already spoke with the land lord he said that it is over his control

What was the reference for job or Landlord? Could you not have signed up for the Openbanking link to prove income that way?

the reference was for job and my company can only provide details with their own standard form
plus i just started with them this month so i dont have any payslips but i have the contract and everything
also i dont know how much i’m getting paid annually as i get paid per hour rate permanently
It isn’t out of the landlord hands. Assuming they are not taking landlord payment protection insurance, then they do not need to prove any reference pass. They could approach your employer directly if they wish to gain a reference in their format.
That said, landlords will often pay the referencing, to save them needing to do this, and that is their choice.
You need to appeal to your employer to be more flexible.
