Would it be possible to include " some bills included" in your information check list as choosing included or not included is incorrect if some of the bills are included but some are not.
I include gas central heating and water rates in my studio flat but the tenant has to pay Council Tax and their electricity.
I’ve been using bills included and stating very clearly that the tenant is responsible for CT and electric in the advert but it does seem to go over some prospective tenants heads.
I used to tick bills not included but that gives the appearance to tenants that are scrolling through that on top of CT and electric they also have to pay for heating the flat and for water.making the flat more expensive.
A small thing but I can’t be the only landlord in this position. Please consider my request.
