This is my first time to OpenRent
I’m an oversea student that will come to The UK in the September to start my first year in university. However, I cannot arrive in this country until September so I can’t view properties by myself in August to have a place to stay when I arrive. For this reason, can I let one of my friends view the properties instead of me, I can make an video call while him viewing the house with the landlord if necessary.

Absolutely, yo ucan do this. Also, many agencies now do video as part of the description. Landlord just needs to agree to your friends visiting. But I don’t really see a problem with this.
