Cancelled a tenancy agreement

Hi,

Actually i want to discuss a matter. I didn’t agree to a tenancy agreement because the property was too big for me to take care of. But the landlord remarks negatively that i’m not able to afford that property. And now it’s been showing on my account.
For next time whenever i want to rent a property, landlords will see my profile and won’t rent me because that previous person put a negative remarks about me.
However, he first send me agreement and now put remarks that i’m not able to afford.

How can i resolve this issue?

I don’t think anything they have wrote will be visible to others in the future.
