Changes to messaging system

Hi OpenRent. When messaging new applicants I usually ask them what dates/times they are available to view. Today 17/7/26 I am unable to do this because a pop up barrier from OpenRent ‘advisies’ me to not book viewings outside of the system. My point is I want to ask the applicant first before I just assume they will be available. Seems rude to just book something without first agreeing?

Why change what worked?

Its just a warning message. Click the ‘continue anyway’ button.

Thanks Karl…eventually figured it out! The ‘check box’ is completely greyed out on my PC so could not see that to ‘tick’ to continue anyway. But thanks for the reply.
