I work in a private healthcare building and they are telling me they have not received any email from open rent in regards to referencing. Im worried im going to miss out on my opportunity as ive been waiting for days now. Unfortunately ive contacted open rent but im still awaiting a response. Any help on what people did to sort this out. My company has s strict policy about how we go about referencing any advice?

Hi, we’re having the same problem, we believe the company firewall is blocking open rent emails but not sure which domain they would be coming from. Did yours get resolved?

I called open rent and told them of the issue whilst also updating my landlord. They just said theyll use 3 months payslip as proof as it wasnt working. They were quite helpful. My application was processed after that and it was all okay.
