How do I contact the concierge service regarding my council tax?
I was informed that they would take care of the transition however that doesn’t appear to be the case.
Does anyone have a number I can contact?
What conciege service? This is a generic chat group for Landlords & tenants across 1,000’s of properties throughout the UK. Are you talking about your specific property? if so, not one here is likely to know about this.
I thought OR run such a service to help tenants manage payments such as council tax and other tenant expenses

If you’ve opted in to this service but not heard from them, contact OR support using their message service (they don’t have a tel you can call so google ‘open rent faqs’ and click button at bottom of page) and I’m sure they will put you in touch. But sounds like they have already contacted you after you signed. Maybe you still need to actually opt in to the service - check your emails including spam/junk folder

The concierge service is automatically available to all tenants in England and Wales who are entering a Rent Now tenancy. Tenants are asked whether they’d like to opt in to the service just after they finish signing the tenancy agreement.
If the tenant opts in, then they are contacted by our concierge partner to help get them set up before they move in. Then they can order moving services, utility setup and more — all before they even move out of their old place. Say goodbye to waiting two weeks to be connected to broadband! “
Yes they do offer the service to help tenants moving in, they apparently take car of it for you. It is on the website and we was contacted the day after signing agreement.
However in my move this hasnt been the case.
When you google “what is open rents phone number ,” a number comes up. Has been like that for a long time. Whether anyone answers is something else..
