Can I see the outcome of a referencing before cancelling other viewings
are you asking about typical procedure or something to do with OR’s system?
I never cancel viewings until check in is complete (TA signed, deposit etc paid, keys handed over). You never know when someone might pull out. But I do keep all other parties clearly informed that someone is due to sign and that the only way their viewing will go ahead is if the check in doesn’t happen.
