Does anyone have a sample permitted occupier clause that is legally sound please?
Its not really a legal arrangement. The permitted occupier would have no rights to the property. You can just do it verbally. If you want it written, I would write a side letter to the tenant giving them permission to allow the named person to occupy the property at their discretion on condition that they are also resident and for a period not exceeding their tenancy and occupation of the property.
