Hi, good morning. I am looking to contact openrent regarding my deposit which the landlord has submitted some claims to claim all my deposits. So I used the bar at the openrent site to chat with the landlord and for us to come to agreement of what he will return back to me which we agreed on some certain amount but I noticed he’s yet to make changes on the openrent site to reflect our agreement.

I can see we’ve sent you an email regarding the landlord’s deposit claim. If you follow the link in that email you’ll be able to dispute the claim.

Sounds like you’ve agreed on an amount maybe try contacting OpenRent directly to update the deposit record so it reflects what you and the landlord agreed
