Hello, Openrent has just informed me that they will release my deposit to the landlord. I have submitted a deposit claim to mydeposits dispute notification that has not yet been solved. How to deal with this?
Contact mydeposit direct and OR support. @mod_harry may be able to help
But sounds like you may have had an opportunity to dispute the release of the deposit to the LL and may have missed the deadline for that.
