Deposit ID number

Hi,

Could anyone advise if the deposit ID is shown anywhere on Open Rent site?
The tenancy is about 3 years old and coming to an end. The tenant added the deposit via the webiste 3 years ago but I can’t find any reference to the deposit ID anywhere on the site.

On top of this, someone at DPS has told him it’s not registered. Isn’t this done automatically by Open Rent?
