I am having issues with my tenant and thought openrent sorted the tenancy deposit scheme out hassle free. I have downloaded the information and it is not signed by the tenants. Is this a big issue? I seriously believed the tenants would be notified once openrent sorted this.
Was I supposed to take this and get tenants to sign within 30days, this date has passed. I used the Rent Now.
