Hi there. Can anyone please tell when the landlord creates the “Tenancy Creation account” in OpenRent? Is that when the property is advertised or is that when a tenant expressed interest to rent the property & pay the deposit- advance rent, in that phase or is that after tenant paying deposit- rent, in that phase?

Just advertise the property & pay for RentNow. It becomes very obvious as you work through the process.
.. but if you didn’t do then, and did free advertisements, it’ll still be obvious how to add RentNow later.
RentNow is a service OR charge for. They make it very easy to add it along the way.
Can you explain how I can add RENT NOW process? I think my applicant in their haste to secure the property have moved a step ahead. References are in progress, but nothing will allow me to add and pay for RENT NOW. I just get the option to pay for MANAGEMENT PLUS which i want, but surely this should come after RENT NOW. Any suggestions?
‘Rent now’ starts when you start creating the tenancy agreement. Till then you could have multiple properties listed and you choose to use the ‘rent now’ credit when you start the tenancy creation for one of them
