I need help from openrent to call me and talk me through it do they offer additional support for people with additional needs?
If the lead tenant has withdrawn, you must easily be able to cancel the application online.
Are you saying the ‘joint tenant’ still wishes to go ahead. If so, they will need to re-apply in their own name.
