Do I need a gas safety certificate if my property is without gas? (I only have electricity and water bills)

Do I need a gas safety certificate if my property is without gas (I only get electricity and water bill, no gas at all)? Thank you!

Shan if you have NO gas how can it be tested for safety ? So the answer can only be no

Hi, Colin, thank you for your quick response! I agree with you! But, before signing contract with tenants on Openrent, it requires the landlord to tick the option that “the landlord has got Gas Safety Certificate” and many websites state “all landlords are required to have Gas Safety Certificate”. It makes me so confused. Thank you!
