I don't need a Gas Certificate...no gas in the flat!

I am completing the contract on OpenRent website. Under ‘Confirm All Legal Disclaimers’ - Property Has a Valid Gas Safety Certificate (CP12) Or One Is Not Required…where is the option to click 'Not required??
Also, i don’t need a PAT Certificate, no portable appliances in the property. Again, where the option ‘Not Required’???

Can anyone relieve my frustration pls?

Lol. It’s right there:

“…or one is not required”

It means that if you have one or don’t need one you click the box and proceed.

If you need one but don’t have one you can’t proceed.
