Hi everyone, I’m embarking on letting my flat for the first time and wanted to know about the gas safety certificate. The whole development my property is within is electric with no gas supply line . Surely I don’t need a gas safety certificate in that case ?There doesn’t seem to be ‘not required’ option. Any advice would be appreciated.
you cannot give a gas cert. if there is no gas

Yes you can ignore the reminders (or don’t put a date). I have a few properties with no gas supply so this is not required.
