Do the tenants view the property before they press the Rent Now button?

I am new to being a landlord, do the prospective tenants view the property before they apply through Rent Now?

yes. You always want a viewing first. Anyone who decides to rent without a view is someone to be wary of

There is a good chance that anyone looking take on a tenancy without actually viewing the property is up to no good. Either rent-to-rent or cannabis farm. In my view, always meet your prospective tenants and check everything they tell you. Effort put in upfront will likely save heartache/frustration later.

It does happen. With my property, one person put down a holding deposit, without being invited to, and without viewing the property. She did subsequently view the property, then failed referencing. I would suggest not wasting time on these people.
