I understand that I need to provide EICR ( Electrical Installation condition report), but my property is new and has 10 year valid Electrical Installation Certificate, is this correct one? Or do I have to get another EICR.
Pls see the photo of the report that I have.

You can use the cert you have, but I’m not sure whether it would last 5 years or 10 for this purpose. You’d need to check that.
A EICR is required every 5 years for tenanted properties.
EICR is valid for a maximum of 5 years. Depends on what the issuing engineer writes on the cert. Its usually shorter for older installations.
