Employee referencing issues

Hi all,

I’m having an issue with the employer-reference part of the OpenRent process. My workplace has tried multiple times to complete the form, but the links they’re being sent don’t work. They have shared their standard reference but OpenRent won’t accept that. I’ve also emailed customer support and haven’t had any response. Has anyone dealt with this before or found a workaround? I’m feeling a bit stuck and frustrated. The system is extremely inflexible and the lack of customer support is terrible :frowning:

  1. Get your workplace to try using a different browser?
  2. Explain issues to LL so they know you are trying to resolve, and they can try to get OR to be more flexible- they are paying for a reference service, OR should provide it
  3. OR customer support aren’t like a phone- they don’t respond instantly. If they haven’t replied within 24h (during business hours not weekends) follow up
  4. @mod_harry may be able to help
  5. Allow OR to use open banking access - they will then be able to see income received
