Hello,
I am trying to get my employment referencing checks completed by my employee. They have now come back stating they have a policy of not opening external links and therefore cannot complete the reference for me.
Is there any other way of doing this, I’m worried it’s going to cause us to lose out on the house we want & can’t seem to find any other answer.
My HR department has emailed Open Rent today to query this with them but is there any other helpful information or has anyone else had this before?
