Hello, my tenants have given notice after the break clause period. They signed a two year lease and the break clause was after 12 months. Is there a OpenRent template/email that I can use for the checkout process. I don’t want to miss anything.

Start with the inventory and check the condition of everything listed plus the level of cleanliness. Ask if all appliances working properly.
Also take meter readings, ask who the suppliers now are, ask about mail forwarding, that they return all keys and confirm no others are circulating.
