Ending contract earlier than 6months

Hi there,
My landlord and I agreed to end the tenancy 3 weeks before the 6 month’s contract ends
Is that possible?
And what should i do ?
I know the break clause takes in consideration 6 monts minimum ( 4 plus 2 of notice )
