Hi,
We are trying to rent a property and all checks are cleared except referee( Landlord). The Landlord got the email, completed it and gave me and my husband a good review. But OpenRent did not accept it and marked it as failed letting history, stating unreliable landlord.
I don’t know what does that mean? Everything went through a process and still failed. Can anyone know what could be the reason?
Other than that Credit check 
, Affordability , Identity check and Letting history failed.
I would appreciate if anyone had similar experience and can help with why this happened?
