I am a tenant and found that the gas certificates I received is a fake one.
The letting agent took over 300 days to email me.
The engineer named on the certificate is not registered with the Gas Safe Register and the named person never visited my flat.
What should I do in this case?

Cant understand why you have been digging into this. If you are concerned the place is not safe get a Gas Engineer in and do it yourself, they are not expensive.
