This afternoon, I readvertised my property to rent and on doing so an offer came up on the middle tier of advertising.

I mistakenly paid for this, costing £49, but meant to purchase the £69 RentNow and ultimate advertising option.

I wish to pay the extra £20.

I have acute chronic anxiety and wish for it to be sorted as soon as possible.

I have emailed Customer Support also.
