I need to find my tenant’s date of birth. The tenant herself is not providing it. I do not have a copy of a passport. Is there a way to find this out? Thanks.
Probably not. Why do you need it? I would suggest that in future you ask your prospective tenants to complete an application form prior to signing the agreement.
Thanks for the response. I’ve managed to get it from a relative of the tenant. To answer your question, I’m applying to universal credit for rent to be paid directly to me and that require the tenants DOB for some reason.
Good luck with that. I understand that the UC recipient can put an end to that arrangement any time they like (and usually do from comments made before on other threads).
