I decided to choose a prospect tenant who is a foreign expat. He is on a short visit visa visiting the country to get his accommodation sorted and will return to this country this week to get his work visa produced next month.
My property is empty now, but they are happy to pay all upfront from a date I prefer to secure as the company funds it. The company and person is legit.
I am aware on the right to rent as he currently yet to obtain a work visa but am I able to sign a tenancy with him right now saying the tenancy starts when he got his legal document ready.
Anyone who had those experiences will be greatly to hear your suggestion!
