Hi Help!
First time landlord. I have gas & electricity certificates but I cannot find where to upload them on this site!! I think I need to, I’ve previously seen it, but I’ve just spent half an hour trying to find where to upload. I am knackered mind.
Do I need to do this before the contract is issued (I’ve found tenants) or is it enough for them to view the certificates themselves?

I don’t bother uploading mine. I just issue a copy at handover and get the tenants to sign the inventory which confirms they have received the certificates.
