On a gas safe cert, can anyone confirm if having the landlords correspondence address under LL address section maintains validity (for s.21 purposes) or must it be the landlords current address?
I’m guessing it should match the address that’s on the contract

What if landlord has moved house or changed correspondence address since issuing of TA?
If you notified the tenant of such then put current address
If you didn’t notify the tenant then send them an email informing them of your change of address and ref clauses in your contract that require it
Then put the new address on the gas certificate
Speak to the n r l a to see if they want to add anything further
Just make sure you notify tenant first so the address and contract match up
If you need to submit paperwork make sure the email sent is submitted to the courts
The only thing is that your dates may be out if you did the gas cert first and change of address later
