Hi I need help with completing the guarantor reference. My employer HR will not fill in online forms and have asked me to generate the reference and sent to Openrent. I have forwarded it to referencing at openrent.co.uk but it’s not been treated or accepted.
Does any one know what the way forward is? Tried calling openrent to speak to someone but they’ve all not been useful and instead said they would log a ticket
Need the referencing completed before tomorrow else the property will go.
