Using Housing Hand as guarantor

Hi,

I have found a place and have a guarantor in place with Housing Hand. When I try to add the guarantor details in the referencing, it asks for first name and family name (as well as email address and phone number). What do I enter here? Obviously Housing Hand is a company, so I don’t have the personal details to enter here.

I don’t think you add them. I think housing hands will provide a seperate guarantor agreement. I’d ask them, see if they can advise.

You need to speak/ message the landlord to check they are happy with a company guarantor
