I recently viewed a property and then finilise it with holding Deposit but the property dealt by agency on behalf of owner and they said we will send you paperwork by post but when I received those they charge me refferal fees
does it make a sense when this website says no admin fees no hidden charges
Can anybody help me and guide me what should I do
Because it is violation of open rent terms and conditions
Also before they didn’t say anything about that but when I received paperwork they charge me with referral fees
