I’ve filled out the form, paid the holding deposit as the money has come out of my bank but it said payment failed and re-directed me back to the form? I’ve emailed but the money has come out of my bank with no confirmation as to where it’s gone or if it’s worked? A lot of money and I’m now majorly concerned
Has the transaction physically come out of your bank, or just affected the ‘available balance’. If the latter this will be a pre-authorisation, and will reverse in time, but can take upto 30 days depending on your bank.
Yes the money had left my account completely, after emailing open rent they needed to approve on there side so it’s a good job I emailed. Thank you
