Holding deposit via bank transfer

I am renting my property to Church and they do not have a debit or credit card.
Is it possible for them to do a bank transfer?

If you are using Openrent RentNow, the holding deposit has to be paid by UK based credit / debit card. Then the balance of the first monthly rent can be paid by bank transfer.

If the body that is actually entering into this contract with you is set up as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation or has some other legal identity in its own name, then the standard Openrent tenancy AST agreement and process will not be appropriate. If that body doesnt have a legal personality, then you are effectively just contracting with one of the individual clerics, administrators or trustees and can then use the Openrent AST agreement, but that individual needs to use their own debit or credit card.
