How to fill in point ‘2?
The first rent increase date after 11th February 2003 is_______’ ??
Their rent started 11th May 2015.
Also, what date should I put, (in point ‘3.’?)
I intend to serve this to the tenants just before 11th July 2019, for the new rent to start 11th August 2019.

You must give 2 full month’s notice of any change to rental conditions which includes rent.
