What date goes here? I increased the rent by mutual agreement in 2020, first discussed with the tenant May 2020 then increased rent started to be paid Sept 2020. Relationship has soured and I want to increase the rent again.
I think its Sept 2020 then.
I thought it would be sept 2020 but I’ve spoken to NRLA and they ‘think’ it should be the same day as the new increase starts which will be 5th July 2022 as I previously didn’t use Form 4. So I’m still unsure which it should be.
