I paid “Deposit & One Month’s Rent” with Wise but I forgot to add the reference number. Then I opened a support ticket yesterday. I was asked to provide additional details and I provided them. There is no update today. I am worried about losing the deal because of this issue. How fast is OpenRent’s support normally?
My experience is one message per day. No support during the weekend.

Thanks for messaging. Our support team working hours are 9am-6pm Monday to Saturday, queries received between those hours should receive a response on the same day.
In your case, I can see you’re following up on a sent payment. I’m afraid where the payment is held up in the banking system our team have very little control / ability to speed things up - and you’ll get an alert from our system as soon as payment is received. I can’t see any issues with inbound payments in our system, and so if you are still awaiting confirmation, then I’m afraid you’ll need to contact your bank/Wise to find out and trace what has happened to your funds. We can’t, unfortunately, do anything on our side to find out where a payment is if it has never arrived.
In terms of confirming the payment was sent to the correct details, you can confirm this directly by going to your payment screen (which if the payment hasn’t been received will still be visible) and confirming those details directly.

I never open or answer any email re Open Rent forum . If it is not on public display . Cuts out the trolls
Very slow… when they did reply the answer didnt work! When you call they put an email request through now waited 2 days to get help with nobody to speak with
