How do I serve section 13 for rent increase and if any one can send written form so I can write what needs to be put in the document thanks
You have to use Government form 4. Google it.
Gov website, form 4 (just put into google). The form comes with supporting info on how to complete it so should help.
We’re soon to do it, too. We’ll do it both, by e-mail and by post with receipt of postage kept. This way T won’t claim that they “haven’t received it”.
It is remarkably simple form but can be complicated especially with Para 3 and 4 - Took me two attempts and a friend solicitor to advise
