I paid to advertise but Open Rent doesn't seem to have received the payment

Hello, last night I tried to list my property and chose one of the paid services (Rent Now). I entered my card details correctly and the payment went through on my bank but not on Open Rent.

I contacted the customer support team but had no reply yet.

Has anyone else experienced the same?

Hi Daniel, yesterday was a bank holiday, so our team wasn’t running at full capacity. As always, you can expect a reply the same working day – so by the end of today.
