Can anyone help?

As I did set up my account here, but to be verified tenant with references, my husband after login he paid £10 and tried to fill in form for references, but because the account is in my name, we don’t know how to change referencing to his name, as for his income too. Do we need to open another account in his name? And pay another £10 to be verified with references? Do anyone have an idea what to do? We already sent the message to customer service, but we are not too sure when they will come back to us, via this website or straight to my mailbox?

Each person who needs to be referenced has to go through the process separately. If the tenancy will be in your husband’s name (or jointly), he will need his own OpenRent account and his own referencing application. The £10 you already paid covers your referencing only.

OpenRent support usually replies within a working day by email, so check your inbox (and spam folder) tomorrow. They should also be able to confirm whether the £10 you already paid can be transferred or refunded if it was submitted under the wrong name by mistake.
