Inquiry message issue

Hi everyone,

I’m currently in the process of transferring my tenancy and have been chatting with a potential tenant via OpenRent messages. Our conversation was going well, and I could see the blue double ticks confirming they read my messages.

However, after I asked for their contact details so my agency could proceed with the tenancy transfer, my messages have only been showing one gray tick instead of two blue ones. I haven’t received any response since.

Has anyone else experienced this? Could this be a restriction due to mentioning contact details? Any advice would be appreciated!

What do you mean by transferring the tenancy?

I’d assume they are not interested & move on
